Relocation Appraisal Trained -"2010"

Marco Ruiz completed the new relocation appraisal training program offered by Worldwide ERC.  Much of this course was a helpful review of the previous course completed in 2008.  The new course addresses the 2010 version of the relocation appraisal form, which puts greater emphasis on market conditions analysis and forecasting.

Marshall & Swift Residential Cost Training 

Marco Ruiz has completed the Marshall & Swift Residential Cost course and is a Marshall & Swift Trained Appraiser.  This course sharpens your skills in the use of the Residential Cost Handbook by covering such subjects as determining differences in quality, interpolation, and estimating depreciation.
